Jeslyn is a growth strategist and founder of Ideation Studio, focused on unlocking new growth opportunities through media, ideas, and storytelling. She currently serves as the fractional CEO of the Association of Advertising & Marketing Singapore (AAMS), where she is driving industry progress across regional collaboration, talent development, and emerging areas such as AI and retail media. Beyond her leadership roles, Jeslyn works closely with businesses and startups to scale and expand into Asia—helping them navigate market entry, partnerships, and commercial strategy with clarity and impact.
Earlier in her career, she was CEO of Stellar Ace, where she transformed the company into Singapore’s largest OOH media player through strategic partnerships and a strong commercial focus.
