About Mac:
Mac Ng is the founder of Fey Day, a boutique Singapore-based M&A firm dedicated to helping SME owners navigate the most significant financial decision of their lives: A successful exit for their business.
He started his career in the HR industry, followed by a start-up and a tech firm. Along the way, he built an e-commerce business and sold it subsequently. He has previously worked in a roll-up as part of the buy-side M&A team to originate deals. This dual experience as a founder and buy-side allows him to bridge the gap between seller’s expectation and buyer’s requirement.
Under his leadership, Fey Day has become known for its "unsung hero" approach - advocating for the continuity of local SMEs and preventing the loss of legacy when founders retire. Mac is a frequent commentator on the Singaporean M&A ecosystem and is passionate about empowering the next generation of “Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition" entrepreneurs to take over and revitalize established local businesses.
